From download to support
- Download and extract the ZIP for your computer.
- Windows: open the Exilien-Support application. Keep its full filename, which contains the server settings.
Mac: open Start Exilien Support.command and follow its prompts. You may need your local administrator password. - Share your RustDesk ID privately with your Exilien technician and approve the connection. On Mac, screen sharing and keyboard control require macOS permissions.
- Close RustDesk when support is complete.
A few useful answers
Which Mac download do I need?
Open the Apple menu → About This Mac. If it shows an Apple chip, choose Apple Silicon. If it shows an Intel processor, choose Intel Mac.
Will I need to enter server settings?
No. The Windows application reads the included settings from its filename. The Mac setup script applies them automatically and checks the result.
Why does the application say RustDesk?
These are Exilien setup bundles using the official RustDesk application. The app retains RustDesk’s name and logo.
I already use RustDesk with another support provider.
Contact your technician before using this package. Applying Exilien settings can change which server your existing app uses.
